I go home tomorrow and I really, really, REALLY don't want to. I'm infinitely more comfortable here than I am back home. I honestly wish I could just move out here.

Of course, I'd need a job out here, and I can't afford things like rent and bills and food, and I'm pretty sure there'd be a problem with me living in shadowcat's living room, so the moving out here isn't such a good idea.

Yet, anyway. Maybe someday.

Also? I want my Yuletide assignment, man. I really do. I have my suspicions on what I'm going to get matched on to write, but I want my assignment so I know for certain.

I'm actually pleasantly surprised by my assignment. Got something I tossed in my bucket list at the last minute, but thankfully my recipient had a Dear Author letter so I'm not going to be floundering. I just need my copy of the canon.

Mine was a bucket offer which I wasn't too worried about since yeah, I figured it'd be pretty simple...then I got nothing to work with and characters who don't interact since they die at different parts in the canon.
